PAYMENT:
Coolweddings.com only accepts credit card payments. The 2 credit cards we accept are Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept any personal or cashier checks. Also we do not provide C.O.D’s or C.O.C’s.
SHIPPING:
When you place an order, it will take about 2 days to process your order. When the order is processed, it will take 2-5 business days from the ship date depending on where your company is located at. Coolweddings.com is located in Burlingame, California and this is where the merchandise is being shipped out of. The cost of shipping strictly goes by weight. The cost of shipping will vary due to the different bags you may order.
RETURN POLICY:
Coolweddings.com will take back any defective merchandise within 30 days of when the order was received. We will send you a call tag and send you out a replacement at no additional charge. If you were informed at the time of your purchase that a certain item was defective but you still chose to buy it, we will send you a replacement but you will have to incur the shipping cost. If you are unsatisfied with our product, we will take back the return. If you decide to return the item after 30 days you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized by Coolweddings.com first.
